How long does it take to see a transformation?

Every single human body is unique, and different. There is NOT a one size fits all when it comes to health and wellness. With that being said, majority of our clients start seeing/feeling some type of results in 90 days or less.

How much time do I need to commit each week in order to see results?

I understand that you're busy, which is why my programs are designed to be flexible. On average, you'll need to commit about 3-5 hours per week to the workouts and planning your meals for success. I’m an entrepreneurial dad myself, I get it! I promise you that once you get the hand of things, it doesn't interfere with day to day life.

What kind of support will I receive from coaching?

Throughout your time with us, you'll receive continuous support from myself, and other members of my community, and team. This includes group coaching sessions, and weekly live Q&A sessions where you can ask questions and get advice. I will also provide you with various handouts, recipes, tracking guides, eBooks, and so much more. In other words, YOU ARE NEVER ALONE!

Do I need to have access to a gym?

No, you do not need access to a gym. My programs will teach you the fundamentals of exercise when it comes to weight loss, gaining lean muscle, and living a life of optimal health and wellness. You will be able to choose to workout where ever it you see fit. Seeing as though these are customized programs, I program based around your individual life.

Can I do this if I have dietary restrictions?

Yes, learning the basics, and then figuring out your individual dietary food blueprint allows you the flexibility to adjust as needed. Again, there is NOT one human that is the same as another. I have studied, and have been trained to handle ever lifestyle over my two plus decades of experience.
